Abstract

|
목적: 이 연구는 근거기반실무를 발전시키기 위해 간호사의 근거기반 간호실무 신념, 역량, 조직의 지원에 대한 조사하기 위해 시행되었다.
방법: 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구이며, 일개 대학병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 시행되었다.
결과: 총 1413명의 간호사들에게 설문지가 배부되었으며, 1318명의 간호사들이 설문지에 응답했다. 교육수준에 따라 근거기반 간호실무 신념, 역량, 조직의 지원 수준에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 근거기반 간호실무 신념과 역량, 근거기반 간호실무 신념과 조직의 지원, 근거기반 간호실무 역량과 조직의 지원 모두 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 근거기반 간호실무 역량은 총 임상경력 3년 이하의 간호사들이 가장 높았고, 조직의 지원은 총 임상경력 10년 이상의 간호사들이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.
결론: 본 연구의 결과는 근거기반 간호실무의 성공적 정착을 위해 간호사들의 요구를 반영한 교육 프로그램, 훈련, 조직의 지원이 필요하다는 것을 의미한다.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to assess nurses’ evidence-based practice (EBP) beliefs and competencies, and organizational supports to develop EBP.
Methods: A descriptive study was conducted using a survey of clinical nurses at a tertiary hospital in South Korea.
Results: The survey was distributed to a total of 1,413 nurses and was completed by 1,318 nurses. There were significant differences in the EBP beliefs and competencies, and the perception of organizational supports among nurses at different educational levels. The EBP beliefs, EBP competencies, and organizational supports had a positive correlation with each other. EBP competencies were the highest in nurses with less than 3-years of clinical experience, and the perception of organization supports were the highest in nurses with more than 10-years of clinical experience.
Conclusion: The findings suggest that educational programs, training, and organizational supports are recommended for facilitating successful EBP among nurses.
